All items offered on PawprintDecor are made-to-order. We will send your order to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours. The manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 2-5 days. When the manufacturer has processed the order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located
In rare cases, your order may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors that may cause delays in order delivery.
For incomplete orders, we may ship your order in multiple shipments, in which case you will be given two tracking numbers.

1. With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.
2. Orders placed from Rest of World will take 7-10 days more than other US states.

3. No delivery service is available to the islands attached to European countries.
