Please note:
1. With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.
2. Orders placed from Rest of World will take 7-10 days more than other US states.

Please note:
1. The whole of the United Kingdom (that is, the British mainland and its dependent islands within the territory of the postal service), the British overseas territories and offshore islands do not have postal service (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, the British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, etc.).
2. The entire U.S. Postal Service, but not including remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other offshore addresses; APO/FPO military addresses.
3. No delivery service is available to the islands attached to European countries.
Free replacement or refund (30-day full refund and 12-month limited warranty)
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order, you can cancel your order via the confirmation page after placing your order.
In the event that a customer needs to return an item, we offer an “exchange or refund” service. Therefore, you do not need to physically return the item to us, just provide us with the details and photos of the item you received, and the original can be disposed of by you.
Our return policy has been extended from 14 days to 30 days, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date or replacement within one year.
⚠️ Limit: Warranty policy applies only once per order.
For several reasons, please contact us within 30 days and send us a photo of the damaged item for a free replacement or refund for the following reasons:
- Defective, damaged or non-functioning items.
- Items are missing from your order.
- Size, color, or custom item in your order is incorrect.
- Delivery address is prepared but items are missing or not delivered.
Refunds will not be accepted for any parts that are not in their original condition and that are damaged or missing due to no fault of ours.
Any item requested for a refund more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a full refund.
If you provide incorrect customization information or contact address, you can send a replacement for a small fee compared to the original price.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your refund and exchange request, if approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please allow time for us to process your order:
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
please note: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days of processing, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
