Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@pawprintdecor.com immediately within 24 hours of purchasing the product. We will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions.
After 24 hours, we have started processing your order and you will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
How do I track my order?

How long does order processing take?
For Posters, it takes approximately 2-5 business days to process your order.
For personalized products, it takes approximately 3-6 business days to process your order.

Clothes: 5-10 working days

How much does shipping costs?

Who pays the duties/taxes?

My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Our tracking system is automated and will deliver your package to the exact location. If you don't receive your package, don't worry, please wait 1-2 days, if you still don't receive your package, please contact your local post office as they may have made a mistake with your package.

If your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the post office on time, please email us at support@pawprintdecor.com. We can resend your order for a shipping fee. Or, we can refund you after deducting shipping costs.
I am still missing other items in my order.
We sometimes ship your order in a separate package to optimize delivery time and meet weight restrictions. You can refer to your tracking code to follow the delivery times of other items
I have received damaged/defective and incorrect items.
To ensure that you receive your items to your satisfaction, we ship with very few incidents. If you receive a damaged item, don't worry, Please email your damaged pictures or videos at support@pawprintdecor.com. We resolve the issue immediately.
If you received the wrong item, we apologize and will be happy to offer you a free exchange immediately.
