Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 15 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order via the confirmation page after placing your order.
Returns Policy
Our return policy has been extended from 14 days to 30 days, please contact us within 30 days.
If you find any damage when you receive your package, please contact us within 48 hours and send a photo of the damaged item, we can offer a free replacement or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange as well as a refund, you must ensure that your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted for any parts that are not in their original condition and that are damaged or missing due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for the full refund process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
NOTE:
Once your return is approved, customer support will contact you to provide a return address. Items can only be returned to the return address provided by customer support and cannot be returned to any other address. Products must be sent via a postal system that allows tracking and the tracking number must be provided to Customer Support for follow-up. Once the item is received by customer support, we will be able to refund or deliver a new product.
Delayed refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days of processing, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
